A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of service.

Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals over 15 minutes may require rescheduling and will be subject to an additional fee.

Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to retain the deposit; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.

Full payment is required before access is granted to online training courses.
